I want to know if ebay has any such arrangement where if one does not have a product he works as an agent for the seller on ebay by again putting up his own post & both share the comission on sale.B-)

Yes there is such a facility and these people are known as "Trade Assistants" who have good working knowledge of ebay and who will work with you, do all the ebay work from listing to dispatch of the item to the buyer and share the profit with you on terms you both decide.
