It is very odd to say but ebay is out of mind...like one of the buyer from chennai purchase a watch...and after purchasing he want the cod in chennai which we never offer than we told him we cannot delivered as cod please choose other option...he just click paid amount and give us negative rating now he not responding and ebay keep saying we cannot remove the rating as terms and conditon...when sale is not completed than how can buyer rate us...second he mention that product is not received when payment is not received how can we send the product what we have to bear is negative rating because of ebay.... Problem Second Bill related my first bill is almost double i choose sale is of 500 bucks and fees is 2678/- which is very much high... i accept around 1400/- it come because i take special listing..but it is too much i send them lots of thing but they are unable to help...now when we check turbo lister is calculating wrong amount..we told them but still it is not solving...
3rd secondry listing you take than if you take SL than y the price is get double it should be stay single...ebay wants the sale or not atleast we here to earn not to given//hope you will consider my point

Think of your old days when I was a winner of your listed item ' Dashig Watch in town at Re 1". I was the winner of that auction I was to pay Rs 301/ to you including the shipping charges.In that listing, it was not written anywhere that you will not ship the item outside Delhi.

But despite of my repeated requests & mails, you remain silent about transaction & did not reveal your address on which I could contact you. In addition to this at last you provided me afake 11 digit incomplete ICICI Bank a/c of CP, New Delhi branch, clearly indicatiing that you were not intending to sell the watch.
Remember, a winning bid is a legal bond between the seller & buyer, but you did not followed the rule. Because of that episode, I myself a genuine & honest buyer now do not trust the new sellers & you are yourself responsible for your activities & downfall.
What you have done to me, you got the same response from a buyer of Chennai.
Don't loose heart. Keep improving yourself.Key to success.
