How to stop accepting New Registered buyer placing order?

Hi,

Do anyone know how to stop or block Newly Register Buyer from buying?

I have come across recently many new buyers placing false order. Ebay after a week refunding their amount saying False Orders and suspending the buyer id.

it is simple BIN items.

If new customers wont come to eBay India (eBay.in), i do not think, without new customers, any eCommerce website has any chance to grow in this industry.

Yes, i can also understand sometimes it could be frustrating to deal with new buyers, who do not have any knowledge of "How eBay works", claims and feedback.

A consolidated email should be sent to new buyers by eBay stating all the "Important points for buying and selling" and all "RULES" in short, so that buyers can get a glimpse of how eBay works.

I think it will also help out sellers in one or another way.

There are many times New Buyer who just register and buy without reading description. As we do not want to sell to Very new Registered buyers withouth having any good feedbacks so we would like to block those buyers and they can only buy when we allow them too after having discussions.

I dont think ebay educates new buyers about how to buy & leave feedbacks but ebay do send them lots of information on How to claim if not received within 7days.

I have come across many times new buyers who choses Refund as ebay sent them mail and we contacts them they said ebay sent them mail to choose and now they dont know how to cancel the Refund as ebay didnt send them details about. Isnt it funny!?

You can surely block buyer by using specific buyer requirement. There are many criteria for Which you block certain type of buyer. Search keyword " buyer requirement" in help
