How to pay for an item received late & already refunded.

Hi, I have earlier bought a Blackberry 8520 vide Paisa Pay(id no. Item ID: 271051129335) which wasn't delivered on time and hence the payment was refunded. However, the item was delivered almost after one month while the listing was close. How am I to pay for the item, if I want to? Is there any way that I can pay for it online within the ebay framework?
