I purchased an item above Rs.5000 using monsoon promotion voucher. Whatz the procedure to claim the gift?

There are lot of customers like us who have been cheated by ebay. We all must come together and give a case against ebay in consumer court.

Im seriously getting sick of this promotion scam and think it is time to move out of ebay completely. Still to receive my 3tb hard drive as part of the summer promotion.

I generally do over a lakh of purchases every quarter and would think any business would like to keep their high value customers happy. But guess Ebay is not listening to their own customers and running promotions without any backend support.

i also redeemed my monsoonpromo2012 gift. but till , i not received my gift by ebay. it seems it is a false advertisement for increasing ebay transaction. 😞
