I have ordered Mobile phone on 03 Apr 2015 but the item not received by me. i have contacted Fedex courier and they confirmed me the package got lost in transits. i got the confirmation mail on 10-apr-2015.
i have made a request for refund my money on 11-apr-2015 the claim id is 956243. they told me claim will be solved within 7 days. and i got a call from customer service on 12-apr-2015 and they told me within 72 my claim will be solved. Now 18 days gone but no solution for my claim. i have called customer care many times all the time they will call back within 24 hours. but i haven't get any callback from them.
Ebay cheating their customers and giving poor customer service. Flipkart much better in customer service.
i have planned to escalate my problem to consumer forum....
