How can Buyers who have not Paid for the Item give us Negative Feedbacks
Recently we were given Negative ratings from Buyers who have not even contacted us after making the purchase on Ebay.
These are the same buyers who have not paid for the products they purchase but are freely giving Negative ratings to the Sellers and bringing down their percentage of Buyer satisfaction.
When we inform ebay they say they have no provision to prevent the same.
So how can Power Sellers like us be protected from such fake buyers who do not pay but also give us Negative ratings.
Ths way all our hard earned ratings will be reduced to nothing, since there are so many fake buyers.
Please let us know who can create a provision that will prevent Buyers who have not completed the sale to give Genuine sellers like us, negative ratings.
