Hoping to receive Free Gift

According to ebay promotional offer(Shop and Win Laptop, Camera, LCD TV and more on eBay.in! Hurry! Promotion ends 29 Feb!) posted on Feb 28 ,2012,I had purchased a PHILIPS 202EL2SB/94 20" LED monitor worth Rs.6,830/- with paisa pay ID: 30949367432 and Item No:260953862402

I had redeemed for a Free Gift of PHILIPS SBA1200 USB speakers,according to terms and conditions of ebay,but no information regarding the redeemption of my Free Gift.
Let ebay clarify me that whether I could get the Free Gift or not.At least my worriness eases.

Well,I think the Free Gift coupon code was selected erroneously by me.
It should have been CRNVL00001 instead of CRNVL00072.
It's up to the eBay management to decide,whether this error could be nullified and grant of "Free Gift" reedemed to me or not.
I shall humbly accept the decisions of eBay,with full respect & gratitude.
My appeal is ,please do acknowledge my message,and give a decision.

What a mess is E-bay India and watch out, don't fall victim of these free gift promotions ever.

You are talking about promotional offer ending Feb 29, 2012, I have not received my free gift for promotional offer ending Oct 30, 2011.

Written a number of e-mails, wasted hours on phone calls and chats, but no result till date.

And you know what the the free gift Micromax Cell Phone has become obsolete and its market price has been reduced to 50% in these 6 months.

I hope you will feel better knowing that your pain and frustration is lesser than other's.

I just wanted a reply from ebay about the status of Free Gift,whether I shall receive or not.

IF IT'S A BIG NO at least inform me.
If it's a yes,then also inform me.
What' wrong with contacting me at my email address or my mobile phone no?

This was my only query.At least provide a feedback status on the issue of Free Gift.
I hope and wish that ebay should acknowledge my reply,in this feedback forum.
