Highly Disappointed with the payment issues

Hi, I am really disapointed with the payment process through credit card. I was trying to buy the item number 260995172488, Portable Laptop Stand Foldable eTable e Table With 2 USB Cooling Fans Notebook. I made the payment through my ICICI credit card and the amount got debited from my account, however, the ebay page reported an error saying the payment could not be processed. I have checked in the purchase history and the item is not listed. An amount of Rs 799 is debited from my credit card account. Let me know what went wrong and refund the money if the item is not booked.

email customer support and you get your money back.
there is some technical problem and your money is safe .all you have to do is inform them and your money will get credited to your account.

I have lodged this complaint earlier but so far not received a positive feedback from your side. So repeating the case again:

I have purchased above item thru e-bay and it was not functioning properly and I returned it to seller. He receipt the item and offered me refund and he sent email msg to e-bay to make refund to me. (But I have given negative feedback about this customer, when i complaint he was silent). Seller sent me copy of message sent to ebay to make payment to me, I quote the message as under:

Please check email dated 30th june for your reference where we asked ebay to refund you along with your paisapay id

Now more than 45 days left i didnt get refund, what to do now, to whom should i complaint.

you try mailing them once again . as for me a buyer bought an item from my store but it got lost in transit , ebay team refunded the buyer money with in 7 days from my paisapay account.

Hi.. I have ordered a nokia 2690 (Item ID-280916515738)
As mentioned in the paypal bill order the mobile had to be shipped before 16 july 2012. But in my shopping cart the item has not been shipped yet. And Now I want my money back. I don't want too long .
