Every time i order using geb i get few refunds saying all stupid reasons which does not match and i don t know why you make us search all the way the product and make us order and get the money and then keep refunding it.
As you may tell that it would be refunded only for a genuine reason in that case i would like to give an recent example i ordered an item in geb 250569541638 which clearly says that its a brand new product and after i made all the payment after 2 days i get a refund saying that we can t purchase this item because its an used item from the international reseller i2cworld and the worst part is as follows...
i am trying to get it clear from i2cworld the exact reason for rejection in the prosses i am calling their cc no 1800 103 1050 right from 8 th feb evening i have called some 10 times and no proper answer and i would be only informed that they can t say anything about this and i need to speak to their supirior regarding this so they will call be back in 15 min , 30 mins so on but i don t know which date this 15 mins or 30 mins belong to and to the worst yesterday i forced them to give their supirior no and due to my extraordinary pressure they finally gave the direct contact no of their supirior Mr. chandra sekar and the movement i called him he said he has to check the details and asked to call me by evening 3 and again i called he said to call after 1 hour and then i kept trying he never answered the phone.
As i was checking there is no proper contact details of the superiors if the complaints is not resolved ebay has to give the email address of the senior people so that if a complaint is not responded properly like it could be sent to the 1 st stage and then 2nd stage so on so that it really helps them to evolvate their own cc team and also helps the member.
This is not 1 st time its happening in geb if i order i have to only wait 1 st for days to know if it would be purchased or not and i only see that you have given that star rated sellers items only displayed and in that case what ever is displayed could very well be purchaced so ebay needs to give exact reasons why the reseller is not purchasing few items though every thing is clear ..
