I bought an item no. 170888245131 and its paisa pay id is 31750939572. I have recieved the item but i have still not recieved my ebay gift. I am waiting since august. I called ebay so many times but each time they say that i will recieve my item but still no action is taken by ebay team and they never gave me any assurity that i will recieve my gift. Its too late now so i am posting here. Pls assure me that i will recieve my product otherwise i will take a legal action against ebay.

Pls look into this matter as no one at the customer support is doing anything.

May I know why this deviation this time? Please care to update me about my gift status.i even didnt recieve a single mail regarding this gift .

Is it not possible to intimate us through email/sms when you send the gifts? Sending info about courier details and dispatch date will enable us to track our gift online. This practice will make the system more transparent too.
