EBAY HELP ME CUSTOMER COMPLAINS HE IS CHARGED 4TIMES BY PAISAPAY ONE TRANSA

i recived the complaint from my seller that he is being charged four times for one payment . i dont know wat should i do i will like ebay staff to help me.

I have been overcharged for this item bought through PaisaPal. They have taken 4 charges from my bank account of $196.47 USD. This is an over payment of $589.41 USD. Can you contact paisapal and asked about this mistake they have made. The phone number on tier E-bay site in not working. I also have sent e-mails with atomated answers that the complaint was recived. Its been several days now and I have not had my money return to my acount - Can You Please Help!

This item was stop it works while i doing wildlife documentary. in that case i lost my valued photo and videos too (16 GB). it didn't use more than 1 month.

Even they didn't reply me to apology. Please be careful when you use this type of cards and sellar
