EBAY TEAM HAS PROVIDED ME FOLLOWING DETAILS REGARDING REFUNDS :

I WAS AKSED TO PROVIDE BANK STATEMENT (JULY TO DATE) TO PROVE THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUNDS. AS I PERCEIVE BANK STATEMENT AS CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS IN PLACE OF BANK STATEMENT I HAVE FORWARDED BANK MAIL WHEREIN THEY HAVE REPSONDED TO ME THAT NO SUCH RRN HAS BEEN PROCESSED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

 

BUT EBAY TEAM TREATS IT AS INSUFFICIENT PROOF AND HAS CLOSED MY CASE.

 

I HAVE SOUGHT LEGAL ADVISE AS WELL AND LAWYRE IS ALSO OF THE OPINION THAT THEY NEED A PROOF AND IT IS UPTO CLIENT WHETHER HE IS CONFORTABEL IN GIVING BANK STATEMENT OR NOT. THUS BANK MAIL TO CUSTOMER IS PROOF ENOUGH.

 

MOREOVER WHEN I TRIED TO ESCALATE THE MATTER OT YOUR COUNTRY HEAD THROUGH YOUR SITE , SERVICE REQUEST NO. GIVEN BY EBAY THROUGH MAILS IS GETTING REJEC TED.

 

THIS IS UNFAIR ON YOUR PART .
