i am struglling to get refund my money, my gareuntee claim id is 396589 dtd 29-1-14, I have purchased an item which was different than what I ordered and also damaged. I talked to seller and he accepted his fault and told me ebay will refund the money.
I've dropped so many mails to customer service with no response and even if seller is accepting his fault still my money is not being refund.
Its already 11 days with no resolution by ebay. i have contacted customer care several times all that they say that they are looking after the case and will call back within 48 hours.
This is my last try with ebay and if still I don't get any resolution, I'll to go to consumer forum.
