Free gift to be delivered in a different address

I want my gift item to be delivered at a different registered address. While I was purchasing the item, I din't update my registered address. But I don't live there anymore. I want my free gift to be sent to my current registered address. I contacted Ebay chat live help but no use. Can you not send the gift to my current registered address?

I must say I'm pretty much disappointed with the way ebay treat their customers. I have already contacted live chat and email support as well but I can't get my questions answered. Final hope was through this forum and I can see here also customers are being ignored.

Ebay want's seller to deliver within 10 days and they want 45 days to deliver free gifts, even they fail to deliver in 45 days.
