In the month of November-December 2008, there was an offer of IPOD suffle for purchase of Rs. 8000 & above.
With respect to paise pay transaction 23137973353, I did a transaction of Rs. 9999 on 22-11-08 & accordingly I am eligible for Apple ipod suffle offer.
After speaking to the customer care the next day, my request for the free IPOD was registered on 23-11-2008 vide reference no. 00174707. I am informed that the delivery is expected within 45 days.
But unfortunately even after a lapse of 10 months, I did not receive the free ipod till date even after making several requests.
