Purchased OMRON HEM 7111 Blood Pressure Digital BP Monitor from this seller, he shipped defected item. When complained ebaycourt he managed to remove negative rating by saying product have warranty and buyer can claim repair or change to product company..when contacted product company they asked for warranty card when asked seller about it he said given to buyer he might have misplaced. He never gave me any warranty card.. he misbehaved with product company person as well as buyer and not at all helped.I am regular buyer at ebay never have such bad experience with seller.ebay should ban such sellers....If ebaycourt support such sellers I think they are going to loose customers...atleast me..

Since u claim u r a regular buyer then why did u then leave him -ive???? As a buyer u should have tried to sort it out wth the seller first and foremost - firstly u leave -ive then u think the seller will even want to help u??? Would u do that if it was a regular shop in ur city? will u abuse and tarnish the shops reputation and then cooly walk in and expect help???

Atleast 2 of my sellers (including GEB i2c) got away from getting negative feedback as I kept waiting for them to resolve my concerns and it crossed the feedback timelines! Hence WE SHOULD GIVE NEGATIVE feedback IMMEDIATELY to the sellers who chose to ignore us or act fishy.

FRAUD GROUP OF GANGSTERS "GENUINE.BUY" (and other multiple ids) registered on ebay.in with the sole intention of extracting money from ebay members. They do not ship any product and are producing fictious courier details which are COMPLETELY INVALID and still, ebay.in has indicated to be associated to them as they are blindly rejecting refund claims despite giving them precise detail of the phone numbers as registered online of the courier company that the tracking numbers are fictious. Infact latest interaction with Sachin (who abruptly closed the chat before I could have copied or printed the chat history) confirmed that "Aniket" who worked on my claim actually "validated" those courier details using all possible means!! How hilarious, they did not bother to collect the IMEI number from the fictitious seller as we are talking of mobile phones here!

As far as i2cworld_inc3 is concerned - thats a whole new equation GEB being affiliated wth ebay and all - so i wont get into that here). PLEASE LEARN THE PROPER EBAY ETTIQUETTE - buyers and sellers , both !

Buyers - either u go ahead and give -ive and then run after ebay to help u - I FOR one SURE AIN'T GONNA WASTE my time wth a buyer who gives me a negative without even communicating wth me first or allwing me tosort it out , tats for damn sure..( anyway ebay process wud be not only time consuming but a very frustrating process too) or talk it out wth the seller ( most genuine sellers who want a future in ebay will help u believe it or not).

if u buy from some new guy u sud ask him all the question before buying the item

Please excuse me if gave the wrong vibes, however when I say that we should TIME our negative rating when we know that either the seller is completely unresponsive or ACT FISHY so we ALERT other ebayers of the similar experience (there is NO QUESTION OF HATRED here, please mind your language)

To give you examples, GEB kept disappearing for 2 months and I kept chasing them for either a refund or a replacement of the item I bought (they got a replica shipped instead of original). When they asked to ship the item back, I paid for the shipping cost and ship them back which the confirmed receiving and forwarding to the original seller, still I kept chasing them for refund (in April to May) and when I could not get a reply, I tried to leave an APPROPRIATE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK only to know that I COULD NOT GIVE IT then. A buyer protection case was already on which also got closed by ebay despite me chasing i2c seller!

Gist of the matter, I STILL DID NOT GET THE REFUND nor EBAY COMMUNITY know that i2c kept the money and got away from getting a negative feedback as well.

Latest being "genuine.buy" who registered on ebay with the sole purpose of extracting money from us and presenting to ANIKET proof of delivery for an INVALID dispatch info. If I would not have given a negative rating, this seller group would have cheated many other ebayers only to loose money due to ebay not being proactive in protecting us despite giving them significant info which is actually enough (discussed with my lawer) to book the seller for a criminal offense.

Hence, while its important that we time our rating, we should ensure that they reach ebay system on time so other buyers get alerted appropriately.

Infact, other ebayers who got cheated the same way by this seller contacted me after seeing the feedback, else they would not have been able to contact me and uncover this fraud group who is registering on ebay claiming to be from different locations on multiple ids.

I did not have many questions for the seller. I called him immediately after I paid for the item. It was only when I realized that he sold the same item to multiple people and kept listing the same products after the listing got expired or bought I realized that the seller seems to be a fraud.
