Fraud sellers should be banned ..

Purchased OMRON HEM 7111 Blood Pressure Digital BP Monitor from this seller, he shipped defected item. When complained ebaycourt he managed to remove negative rating by saying product have warranty and buyer can claim repair or change to product company..when contacted product company they asked for warranty card when asked seller about it he said given to buyer he might have misplaced. He never gave me any warranty card.. he misbehaved with product company person as well as buyer and not at all helped.I am regular buyer at ebay never have such bad experience with seller.ebay should ban such sellers....If ebaycourt support such sellers I think they are going to loose customers...atleast me..

e bay has to be maintain or start a system regarding Seller details and before posting any product add in ebay site, e bay has to check the materials as per the details specification match with this or not personally.

the product which i have sold is OMRON made which have 1 year warranty with it

for example if u buyer buy a laptop under warranty and if u try to repair it urself by opening the laptop and stuff then warranty is void

so in this buyer case he try to check himself so he open the instrument so now the companies warranty is void
