I purchased one "AB CIRCLE PRO NEW 2010 HEAVY DUTY DELUXE MODEL" from ebay. Although, the item was received one of its parts which measures the working movement cycle is found broken. I contacted the seller he promissed me that the broken item will be replaced soon. But, even after passing 2 months I have not received the replacement inspite of my reminders to the seller and ebay. I have, therefore, left a "negative feed back" but ebay's customer protection it seems is not working. Will ebay look into this problem and try to resolve the issue favourably ? or will keep quite hand in glove with the seller?. Ebay should understand one thing that customers are its success and customers' complaints if not attended properly it will affect ebay badly.
