Dear All,

I purchased a Mini USB Vacumme cleaner from ebay and later 15 day i found that the Item was deleted from my shopping list and i contacted customer care and they given the Claim No39498 and later no response

later again i am trying to contact customer care the Number is not working

Very worst service

Ebay is manned by humans like you and me. You will not get proper service on holidays, not only at eBay but all places.
eBay sure cares for you. Dont worry.

Not Sure if it is holiday time the entire year at eBay.
I closed a claim more than 2 months ago and asked for refund, but no communication from eBay yet on this.
I called customer care twice and each time the executive handling my calim promised that she will come back to me with some resolution. But nothing yet on my claim.

I have order 7.2" tablet pc with sheolochan10 seller on 07.12.10. Seller informed me item shipped on 09.12.10 vide ups courier. Ebay last day is 20th. But till date i have not recv'd the item. The fake seller is given foolish answers. From this i understood some fake sellers are there, who are having hands with courier fellows and giving wrong way bill number and it will be displayed in website also but the seller will not give the item. The seller is making the money a good rotation and refund back us.

every one is cheating me on ebay

recently i had complaint a about a product and submitted the evidence for the refund,but you only promises to give me 12 rupees instead of 1840 rupees.and no response from ebay side

The same thing happened to me but only for 140/-. This was my first buy, if the matter remains unsolved, definitely the last!

I purchased one "AB CIRCLE PRO NEW 2010 HEAVY DUTY DELUXE MODEL" from ebay. Although, the item was received one of its parts which measures the working movement cycle is found broken. I contacted the seller he promissed me that the broken item will be replaced soon. But, even after passing 2 months I have not received the replacement inspite of my reminders to the seller and ebay. I have, therefore, left a "negative feed back" but ebay's customer protection it seems is not working. Will ebay look into this problem and try to resolve the issue favourably ? or will keep quite hand in glove with the seller?. Ebay should understand one thing that customers are its success and customers' complaints if not attended properly it will affect ebay badly.

Please do not confirm the reciept of the Item and leave a feedback until and unless you are happy with The item.
Please note you cannot cliam anything after this.
If u have bought anything make sure you open a case in resolution centre within 45 days of ur buying.

I trust the Ebay system completely.

if the customer care is not reponsive send a mail to

inrswebhelp@ebay.com


and ur issue will be resolved within 48 hours as far as i know.

I have had claims and have got them sorted out.
