Fraud Seller, ebay dont do remittance

Dear ebay,

this seller is fraud, he told me do offline payment than ebay, and says me to buy item in ebay and claim.

he says me to buy an item, after wards he wont ship the item then in 6 days ebay will send a refund request then he asked me to cancel it so that the remittance can come & later he asked me to file that item not received,

you can see in his profile he has sold many laptops,and you can see none of the items are confirmed item receipts nor he has provided shipping details, please refer to the id, please do not pass remittance.

Dear, you have to file a case going to "ebay guarantee" .

if you not received the item, you will get your refund.

If seller hasn't provided shipping details, ebay automatic system will intiate refund.

coming to shipping details, the attachment you put shows how many have been sold. NO WAY NO, EBAY SHOWS THE SHIPPING DETIALS OF OTHERS. So you can't say they are not shipped.
