Fraud Sell of Emerald

I bought item "32.55 cts Natural Green Brazilian Emerald - AAA Gem" from deltamarketing_in1. I tested that stone in the Government Recongnized Lab in Jaipur. They certified that the stone is Beryl, which is semi precious stone not a Emerald.
This is cheat with buyers and it not match with ebay reputation. The seller is cheat all the buyers. He is selling a lot of Beryl insted of Emerald. Any one can purchase and tested it in IGI recognized Lab, it will automatically proved that what he sold and selling continue.
And also Seller is leaving negetive feedback for me. Is it fare? You can also check his Emerald item, and you find that i am correct.

Hi,

I have bought from this seller and its true that the items are low in quality. May be that's why he lists them at such low Price. Also this particular gem has been listed as heat treated, confirming that its of lower grade.
Just to mention that Emerald is also from the Beryl group but of gem variety and not of commercial grade. Actual Emerald of such huge weight would have cost much much higher.
You can request for a mutual withdrawal of feedback to the seller. Hope he will accept.
Also being in Jaipur you have the best scope to asses the value of your gem from multiple gem dealers. Hope they will asses that you have not lost much on the deal. That's the only consolation you can get in this case, the easiest way. Else you have to contact the seller for refund but then the re-stocking fees will be deducted and you will pay for the couriers and all. That may be more wastage of money.
Trust that this bad experience will make you more knowledgeable about gems and you will reap some benefit from that in future. Best Regards

My fight is not for money. I want to educate buyers for that fraud. They are selling Beryl by the name of Brazillian Emerald. Daily many buyers cheated by him and buyers dont know, what they buy. May be i will suit a case in consumer court.

Delta marketing is a maha fraud. I have been cheated too by him. And checked up with IGI, the certificates issued by him are also fraud. Ebay has not done anything to stop fraudsters like him from trading on n on. My compliants fell on deaf ears. I guess Ebay exists for sellers only, who cares about the buyers?

Well I had posted a warning a few days back about deltamarketing_1. Guess you did not read it!
What I dont understand is why this Swarup guy is so fond of defendind deltamarketing_in1, the guy is a clear cut fraud and cheat and should be kicked off Ebay at once.
Maybe Swarup, has "personal" reason to defend deltamarketing_in1

Dear Dr. Hassan,

I am not at all in favor of deltamarketing. I have clearly mentioned in my posting that the item recd by me was also low in quality. Also, they sent me a certificate copy for a gem of different weight. I have mentioned that too in my feedback.

In my earlier posting I just hoped for something good for shivangisblue as the member is dissappointed because of this deal. Sorry if those remarks seem to be in favor of deltamarketing. It was definitely not my intention.

You should open a dispute against deltamarketing stating " item not as described" Ebay team will take care of the rest. Do not worry at all you'll get fair judgement.

ALSO TRY CONVINCING HIM TO REMOVE YOUR -VE FEEDBACK HE HAS LEFT FOR U,AND RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR REFUND,IF THE SELLER DOES NOT AGREE REPORT THE PROBLEM TO EBAY.
