Dear sellers, I find that few customers slap negative feedback for the sake of it sadistic approach without exhausting any remedy whenever as seller I gave advance positive feed back. I am unable to presume who would be of such type and hence I find advance positive feedback to buyer is a very bad experience. One single negative feedback reduces the feedback score drastically. Unreasonable negative feedback reduces our interest in serving the customers. I have always received negative feedback at least one whenever I gave advanced feedback to 5 or more. I also find few buyers claim dubiously act against their conscience and try to get product second time. This happens or few are tempted to abuse so only because of weak feedback policy and set against sellers, almost driving them out of eBay. I also find that the eBay restricting sellers from giving negative feedback against buyers is a major cause for temptation to abuse feedback privilege. I find also many reputed sellers have their own shop and stopped using eBay in due course of time. I presume eBay has only young sellers. This is my experience.
