Fedex charging 1755rs for 1 shipment weighing 200gm under powership

hi out there.i am registered under powership.Recently fedex charged rs 1755 for an item weighing less than 250grams under powership.They have charged 8775rs for 5 shipments each weighing less than 200gram.several mails sent and several calls made to logistics team but no action taken.Thought posting it here might open up eyes of the concerned department

We Also Face Problem with aramex Courier... We Send 4 Courier Via Powershipment Via Aramex Courier.
We Send Phone Display N Touch.
One Otg Cable N Mhl Cable...
They Charge 750 Gm Per Parcel... For All 4 Parcel

Phones In India Are Around Under 200Gm Only...

They Charged 700Gm For Phone display N cables... Fruad n Fake Weight shown By aramex Courier... So We Stop Sending Via aramex Courier...

We Call Logistics for Problem. No action Taken... This Case Around 20 Days Back...

Very Bad Service Given By Logistics... Always Phone Busy. No Proper Care...

these ARAMEX people are real idiots.for the last 6 moonths they are taking pickups but not picking up saying they dont serve in my area.then i have to run pillar to post to get shipping details changed.in 3 cases,i didnt get any money for items sold bcz logistics didnt bother to change shipping details and refunds were automaticaly made to buyers.real shit service provided by logistics team

I think you booked your shipment under SO Mode in Fedex & also might be shipped location is ODA location. For those locations no matter its 100gm or 500gm but they charge more than 2000rs.

So first confirm while arranging pickup from Fedex whether pincode is ODA or regular.
