DUe to ebay pasia pay department lazy work...we have better solution

FASTER

they say pasia pay is faster and safer...but it looks not safe nethier faster...faster not at all....they are taking more than a week to clear payments..in which both buyer and seller frustated...buyer purchase for occasion...but occassion is over he did not wanted cancel it...
seller payment is not received in pending status showing he have to hold the stock unless until pasia pay clear it...result cancel sale loss..product is on your head promotion charges is not refundable...Loss Total Seller

safer..

not at all buyer keep thinking what the hell is happeing to his money which is not clear yet...and there refund process is also make suffer buyer..he though just anhow payment got refunded i am not going to purchase from ebay...

Our Payment Gate Way ( Yours Too):-
According is faster is cash deposite in account or cheque...it will refelect within 3 hour in your a/c and cheque take 2 days...which you can say FASTER......

Safer you have a proof of deposite so it safer for both of us for seller as well as buyer...seller cannot deny bcoz buyer can take legal action he has a deposite slip...buyer cannot say somebody missuse his credit card... that got damm chargeback make seller sick...6 month to make pod store than than search for particular one in 10 days..

so FASTER AND SAFER Is Online banktransfer without pasia pay....

we do not have to pay pasia pay charges too.. we can save 3.5 % and 2 %

so lets make faster payment gateway...and safer 😄

Very interested thread PPP vs ATM DBP. Hope PaisaPay team will look into soon.

My remarks:
.......... when PPP is unfavourable to both then why most the buyers(I can guess more than 90% transaction are using PPP) are choosing this method? Are they fool or mislead by eBay?

Answer is simple...........
1. UPTO 50 days credit as most of the PPP are using CC.
2. Upto Rs. 50000 is protected in PPP where as upto Rs. 10000/- in non PPP.

Secondly - in recent time Charge Back become very less.

PPP - PaisaPay Payment
ATM DBP - ATM Drop Box Payment
CC - Credit Card

yes you are right 90% of buyer using but did you see that now days 90% out of 75% are send into pending.. payment..and it take more 7 days or more ( if you did not contact them) to clear them...yes there is 50 days credit for a buyer...but did you notice all the suffer he get in between clearance of the payment.. Did you see seller get frustated when payment is rejected..the stock is in your head..promotion charges are not refunded...

the protection charges you are talking about..if seller no longer register than who will give refund...there is sweating out procedure to get a refund...and do not know when they will going to refund it...

one of buyer who is new to ebay purchase from us and made a online payment the amound is debit from the a/c but not reflecting in my a/..he made again payment as i assure him that ebay will refunded back payment..after confirmation he made the payment again we dispatch the product deal done...now after 1 and half month he contact me that he did not get the refund neither pasia pay team responding what he do..we contacted the ebay team as well as pasia pay..after lots of following he get a refund of 349/- in more than 2 month... when 349 taking that much time think about thousand amount payment...

Secondly.. charge back only come of negrian buyer not of indian buyer...

i agree with safety procedure..but clear the payment in 72 hrs or reject it... not more than that

Only credit card payments
give headache. But nowadays all payments I am getting are paid via credit card
only. If buyer pays via Online Bank Transfer then there is simply smooth
transaction. Paisa Pay should mention in payment checkout section that if u r
going to pay via Credit Card then payment will be processed if the amount is
higher or whatever is the reason. Why not educate buyers to pay via Online Bank
Transfer. I love the buyers who pay via Paisa Pay but if the payment goes in
processing I m totally -- .
After a week when the payment
still remain in processing I am ......and
the payment will reject or by luck accepted. If rejected then bad luck... if
accepted then

Buyers are not aware that their credit card payment will be kept hanging and they will be asked for their credit card copies.

The information that they need to fax / mail their credit card copies are passed on after the credit card payment is sucessfully done.

At this stage there is no other options left for the buyers. They enquire with the bank and their credit card issuing bank says that the amount is already debited and you need to contact the concerned website (eBay).

The seller says that he can only ship it after the payment is approved and he gets a confirmation from paisapay.

What can a buyer do at this stage.... he has to send the copies.

The information that a buyer has to send a credit card copy by fax or email is not mentioned any where on the website.

If this information is clearly mentioned before the payment is debited then i think 50% to 85% buyers will run away and will not use their credit card on the site.

eBay wants the sellers to follow all the policies and have a transparent transaction. Then why is this important information kept hidden.

They should keep one feedback page for PaisaPay and they will themselves come to know whether they can maintain a 98% and more positive feedback and become a PowerPay or not.

guys its a useless service. i did try more than 4 times to buy some stuff from ebay and i paid throgh credit card but every time my payment got rejecte. when i phone customer care they says its a problem from payment gateway. when i ask the representitive that what is a reason they says they dont know but payment rejected from payment gateway.
if they could explain us that why payment got rejected what is a actual reason then we can know and we can do what they want. i has send them my both copy of my credit through mail then they was asking for my id proof then they ask for my receiver id proof when i was sending a stuff as a gift. now that time i was socked and i was thinking that what is this i was feeling that i did apply for a big loan and they asking me for so much document. by the way after submite all this documnet if they can accept our payment its hads off to them but still we will getting email that your payment got rejected. there is no meaning to buy online. if we want to send a gift to some one far away from you how can u do using this kind of service. there is no problem from the bank bank will transact money same time but problem from here from ebay.
now either ebay improve their service or close this website. please do not play with our times and with our feelings. still my payment is pending there in ebay now i want to see whats happenig if again they rejected my payment i will tell everyone that never go to ebay.
