Regarding Repeat Feedback Credit & a New Feedback Profile Page

Hi All,

The look is very good and I liked the concept that users can gain the feedbacks from repeated deals.

But am unhappy with the Lifetime Summary.

Example:

I have received 1,902 feedbacks and in with more than 1850 are all positive feedbacks (1508 Unique).

Now a buyer think that he has received 1902 feedbacks in which 1508 are positive!

The lifetime summary should have been 1850 as it will be a clear cut for customers.

There are sellers who have score of 200 unique and have all positive feedback of 1500. This certainly makes them feel bad and more than 50% of users doesn't leave feedbacks.

I request other sellers to express their opinion regarding this issue. ---------------

Thank you for providing inputs for the new Feedback Page.

To provide context, the intention of providing the total feedback received is to help members view the total feedback received i.e. All positives, Neutrals and Negatives.

Where as Lifetime Summary provides the Net Feedback scores (minus the withdrawn feedback. This is to provide a transparent view to the members of Feedback in contrast the old Feedback page contained a comment below the summary page (# Feedback withdrawn.

Repeat Feedback Credit feature will help both these numbers aligned and rationalized. In the month of May-08 you will get Repeat Feedback Credit retrospectively since the launch of eBay India.

As mentioned earlier, eBay India is one of the Pilot sites to launch this feature once we take your feedback into account and evaluate the same once all the proposed Feedback changes are live on site.
