I ordered one Blackberry Pearl Flip 8220 from eBay on 7.10.2013,
After some debacle I was opposed to receive the product on 24.10.2013, which didn't happen.
So I filed a claim on 26. 10. 2013 and one Mr. Jaljeet Singh was assigned to me and to resolve my claim with seven days, which didn't happen,
And when I called the eBay customer support, I was promised that I'll get my phone on 1.11.2013, which too didn't happen,
Then after calling on 2.11.2013, I was promised that I'll get the phone that very same day and it didn't happen as well.
Very poor customer service. They actually lie. The call recordings are a period for my complaint.
Still waiting on to get my phone....
