Fake watches??

Hi Team,

I was checking out some watches and came across this:

a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS2, available for about 100 USD.

I believe that this is a fake (unless the seller is ready to show tag heuer warranty card and the bill).

Can ebay take any action against such potentially fake material?
