I sold a Dell Streak phone on ebay on 21st October.
I was supposed to get Rs 15899.61/- on 27th October remittance cycle.
I got a mail on 27th Oct that Rs 9477.05/- has been sent to my account for the remittance period of 23rd October( I never sold anything for that amount or in that remittance period.)
i immediately mailed ebay, called CC, talked to ebay CC on chat and all of them assured that i will get my complete money in 3days.
On 28th my bank acc got credited by Rs 9477.05/- and not 15899/- but My Paisapay page on ebay shows 15899 has been sent!
Now i have been repeatedly calling ebay CC to clarify the situation but to no avail.
They said Paisapay agents will call me and clarify the situation. I have been waiting for a week but no response.
[PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST EBAY THEM MESSAGE ME ASAP. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM AND THEY ARE CHECKING THE DETAILS. PLEASE HELP ME FRENDS.
