Well i think you have 2 options here,
1. If you wish to complete the transaction,contact seller explaining whole situation with special mention that shipping address is correct. In most cases,he should do whatever is required to complete transaction.
2. Wait for the deadline & after that open 'Item Not Received' dispute. I hope you must have paid through PaisaPay,if yes, you'll surely get refund. (Go through ebay help pages they have covered it well with info on when & how to do it).
Also, based on your communication with seller do leave appropriate feedback so that others know about it.
