Hi,
I didn't get a clear picture of your issue however, what you can do in situations like this is to call the seller and sort it out.
In future..if you are not clear about the shipping terms or charges you can always contact the seller to make it clear before placing the order. Sellers are supposed to clearly mention the shipping charges and terms on the listing page.

I think you didn't understand what he meant.. but i very clearly get it!
He means that seller entered wrong info about shipping (courier name/airway number) in paisapay. Am i right indianaquariums? May i know with which seller & item this thing happened as i am also in same trouble.
In my case seller didin't ship the item & on last day of shipping deadline he entered wrong shipping info of bluedart (obviously when i tried to track i understood info was wrong,even confirmed with bluedart people) next day i called him to clarify but he insisted that he did ship it & airway number is correct, i knew that he was lying but didn't do anything that time. On second day he himself mailed saying that he's till now unable to ship the item due to rain!!
My item was Samsung STAR mobile phone.

Hi,
Yes etechbuy84 that is the problem i have faced. The seller entered wrong info on the last day of shipping deadline and despite several contacts seller just first told me that one of his staff has made some mistake.
Later he said to me that my shipping address was wrong and the package has returned which is BS. My address is absolutely fine and entered properly with pin code etc.
Anyways I had ordered a Samsung Omnia from digital.xcess. Anyways what will happen in this situation if i don't get the package and the deadline of item receiving is also finished ? Will ebay give me refund ?

Well i think you have 2 options here,
1. If you wish to complete the transaction,contact seller explaining whole situation with special mention that shipping address is correct. In most cases,he should do whatever is required to complete transaction.
2. Wait for the deadline & after that open 'Item Not Received' dispute. I hope you must have paid through PaisaPay,if yes, you'll surely get refund. (Go through ebay help pages they have covered it well with info on when & how to do it).
Also, based on your communication with seller do leave appropriate feedback so that others know about it.

The seller has now shipped the item through some other courier company and I am able to track it now. I hope the item will be as it is described.
