Fake offers from ebay

I got an email from ebay and i used the coupon WK19REACER to get 360gb external harddisk .. it is more than 60days ... FIrst person promised me 30days in your chat / 2nd person promised 45days over phone call / 3rd person promised 60days .. Today is 20July2011 . the product was purchased on 13May2011 .. What the hell is going on with Ebay ? i am a long standing customer and if u see my purchases its all > 15k .... Wht the heck happened to Ebay ? it was doing well but nowadays you people trying to fake me by introducing fraud offers offers ? Comeon i need a answer for this .. Escalate this to the manager and i need a detailed email for the failure of sending the gift to me .. Please consider this as a matter of urgent and high priority ..Please be honest to customers do not cheat like this ... I second to the above ebay customer. I have tried to opt for all kinds of support from ebay customer service using all options. I have also tried to escalate this inside of ebay with little results. I have contacted phone support twice and chat support atleast 7 times in last 2 months. They say they are totally helpless. They do not have any information and cannot commit on a date. I have received 3 calls from ebay confirming my address for over a month now. And still waiting. I have been promised that I will get the gift before 01st Aug 2011. I would really not want to lose my faith in ebay as I have been a loyal user for atleast about 10 years now since the bazee times. I asked support to have someone responsible call me but I think these type of requests only fall to deaf ears. Can someone help me regain my faith in ebay as these type of answers are totally not acceptable.
