Fake SONY Headphones on eBay India

Hi All,

Some sellers are selling fake SONY Headphones as Original on eBay.

Example:
Item No: 320384869979, MDR-983

There is no such model as I have checked with SONY India people today. ---------------

I think first we should know the fact about eBay. Majority of the Sellers who sell on eBay are not professional sellers. Most of them are those who just want to experiment with selling online. Therefore, they will explore all possible means of selling including by-passing the law, misusing any flaw, and so on. Therefore, you may expect a large number of fake as well as banned products being listed on eBay.

Why only fake SONY Headphones, there are many many sellers selling many fakes and passing it off as originals on ebay.

In fact the list of such items and sellers is very big and most sellers get off the hook by keeping the listing private hence we do not come to know about the item in question.

Yes, there are lot of products like memory cards, pendrives which are being sold as original.

Genuine sellers like us are suffering because of this issue. ---------------

I think there are many sellers from chalakudy, KL, India doing this. Plz look at the item no 170348054835. This seller is also from same location and selling China iphone claiming to be An original Apple iphone. When I tried to warn him, He said that he has already talked to the Apple company, and for disturbing him, he will take to to court of Law..have you ever seen an apple iphone with dual Sim card. The picture of the item shows two network towers..Ha..Ha..Ha.
