I ORDERED FOR A TAB ON 12.4.2013 & ASK FOR 6 EMI & PAID ALL AMOUNT RS.5832.76 INCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE FOR EMI. BUT SELLER NOT DISPATCH ON TIMELINE. REFUND PROCESSES STARTED AFTER 13 DAYS & AMOUNT REFUND RS. 5690.50 WITHOUT SERVICE CHARGE ON 6.5.2013. NOW I AM TRYING TO REFUND OF SERVICE CHARGE RS. 142.26 BUT MANY EMAIL, CHATTING I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OR NOT REPLIED BY EBAY. NOW PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I CONTACT TO EBAY FOR REFUND OF MY BALANCE AMOUNT & WHAT IS THE REMEDY AGAINST EBAY & HOW CAN I TAKE IT.
