Extremely Poor Customer Service

I had ordered HP Inkjet printer which reached me damaged (broken glass pan over the scanner) on 30th June. I had lodged the claim on the same day and completed all formalities to get a replacement by 1st July. Very sorry to say that till today there is no response from ebay apprising me the status of my claim. The most disturbing factor is that there is no call post my registration of claim and I had to run from pilar to post to reach concerned department. Tele executives are useless and have no updates which forces them give false commitment. I have finally requested them to refund my money yesterday and there is no response to that communication too. If you call at their phone number then there is compulsory waiting of 15-20 minutes before you canr reach someone. In totality it's extremely poor customer service and I am stunned to see that how a company of Ebay's repute are doing this. I will never buy anything from ebay in future.
