Error while purchasing

I tried purchasing an item from the deals of the week on ebay site. however i was unable compelete the transaction.

earlier when i tried, I got an error while the transaction was in progress.
later i got an error message "Seller does not ship some items to your location."
So I tried purchasing the item with delivery address as the sellers city, still i got the same error.

I had also sent mail to seller for this and checked with the eBay customer support. Seller didn't revert and ebay customer support wasn't able to help.
