Twice, tried using Rs. 2000 compensation voucher (for not being able to provide a replacement of faulty laptop) from Ebay and everytime had to return the faulty products. Both the times had to endlessly follow up with ebay to reissue the voucher while refunding.
All discussed, confirmed and promised. And I am left with emailing them endlessly only to receive automated emails that I will get a revert within 72 hours. At times confirming that refund is already processed when I never got the voucher reissued!
Latest, I am waiting for almost a year to get the voucher reissued so I could somehow use it for something useful! Worst experience, has stopped me buying from eBay completely!
