Email to seller CAPTCHA not working

Despite several attempts to send a message to a seller, I failed since the CAPTCHA verification was failing every time.

I tried numerous times and with the correct CAPTCHA code but everytime I got the message that the security code I entered is invalid.

And for heaven's sake I couldn't seem to get in touch with the Ebay email support regarding this as well.

There were lots of options to select and I wasn't sure which one would relate to the problem I am currently facing with sending a message to a seller.

Is there a direct email address for the customer support?

Hi, It happens when some technical error comes in data files of captcha. Here is a way out-

1-ignore the letters that are being displayed.

2-Click on the listen symbol. It will be like a small speaker or loudspeaker nearby.

3- listen to symbols and enter that.

It will give you the correct synchronous code.

Also try to clear your browser cookies.

I also have trouble, I do not see any symbols,letters or numbers and cannot hear them. Nothing at all
