During the summer promotion, I bought 2 items, though I claimed the gift of 32 gb memory card, I don't get the gift till now. please solve my problem

my 2011 Xmas gift from ebay i haven't received .. every 2 months they will call up and ask for my address that's all . hope by 2012 Xmas i will get , In 2006 i had a due of Rs 1.60 towards ebay for that they called me up from delhi . ebay India team is the best . I am waiting for my Fuji C20 camera ...
