Hi please help me out.
It was on 02/07/2012 i paid my seller fees and my account was debited.But my account is not updated and is still showing amount due as on 08-Jul-2012.I even chated with customer care on 2 occasions one with Piyush K and Vidya B and they both assured me that they've escalated the details and would update the same in the next 24 to 48 hours.Well almost 4 days now and my account is still showing amount due.
What should i do now should i contact them again?
Any ebay staff reading this please clarify.
