I have not yet received my Christmas 2011 gift till now. 1gm gold coin.
I have contacted ebay multiple times and these are the replies:
1) We didnt receive any redemption request
2) Oh sorry we received the request and it will be delivered to you
3) Sorry there is some trouble with speed post
4) Sorry we still facing some problems as gold coin is in the locker and we dont have the keys for it
5) Cant give you the gold coin hence please take ebay voucher
6) No further response yet.
Can anyone from eBay actually solve my issue.
