Ebay please stop cheating customers........

I was sent an incorrect item by seller.. I tried contacting seller several times but he didn't respond. I tried calling EBAY but they kept on saying that we will get back to you. I left negative feedback for seller. Then he calls started flowing.. i told him you have sent an incorrect product. He said he will replace it.. He wanted to me to ship him product. I asked abt return shipping. sd he doesnt have that. I called Ebay and they said they will refund shoipping charges. I went ahead and did same. When I called Ebay after sending product, they said claim has been closed as u didnt answer you call.. I tried to make them understand I never recieved a call or mail... Then seller replaced the product. But he had send a faulty product this time. Again he is nt responding and Ebay has refused to help. I am thinking to move to consumer court...

ebay usually calls customers just once and if they do not pick call , the claim gets closed automatically , happened with me before when a claim by buyer was unfairly approved saying i didnt pick call , when they called me just once and even return call on their number is not possible . ebay guarantee claim adjusters are big noob and idiots !

yes u are right...same thing happened... they will nt consider that u have been caling them.. I was calling them fr 15 days but they closed the matter claiming I havnt responded.... I have send emails to all possible sources on EBAY but all in vain.....SHAME ON EBAY
