Item ID 260825766220 (Blackberry 9630) was purchased thru e-bay. The set supplied was defective and was replaced by the seller. Later on, the new set supplied was working fine but the following defects are yet to be resolved by the seller.
1. The stand by button not working.
2. The battery gets discharged within two hours of full charge, without any talk.
3. The travel charger was working initially, but now the same has gone out of order. The USB cable supplied is also not able to charge the set. I have arranged another cable & using the same for charging.
If anybody can help for the above. The seller is already informed for problem no 1 & 2 above & says that they can not replace the battery.
