Ebay charging shipping charges

Shipping: Rs. 65.00 National Courier - Delivery outside seller's city

While I am in same city, still I am charged Rs 65 extra by Ebay.

SO far 3 SRs without any resolution.

Its sad how EBay chat handles things 😞

When the selelr is giving free shipping within sellert that time city at that time the sellers pincode is taken by our system and within the pincode area if your pincode comes then you can go for free shipping or else shipping charges are charged.

Sure will do that, but for records, Bangalore has around 100 pin codes covered. But in fact they all are still bangalore only

Strange, coz as a seller I never saw an option to select pin codes for free delivery. It is city based although I sold stuff sometime back

You have to update your pin code in your address.

I am having the same issue.
I am in chennai and seller also is in chennai offering free shipping within sellers city but it still charges me rs.50 for shipping.
any sloution out there!...all you ebay moderators.HELP REQUIRED GET BACK TO ME ASAP!
