You people seem talking about recent promotional offers, I have not received my free gift for Diwali promotional offer ending Oct 30, 2011.
I have written a number of e-mails, wasted hours on phone calls and chats, but no result till date. Waiting and calling, waiting and chatting, waiting and e-mailing, waiting and writing in this forum now.
It feels like bumping your head against walls, frustrating, agonizing, nothing happening. I think myself, why am I dealing with these stupid idiots? why don't I just forget that petty gift?
I tried that too, but it makes me feel like being cheated and defeated by a business organization of repute like E-bay? I might have stopped, if it was just with me, but I see here so many of us are on the same boat and mistreated.
And you know what the the free gift Micromax Cell Phone has become obsolete and its market price has been reduced to 50% in these 6 months, who should compensate for the diminishing value?
I hope you will feel better knowing that your pain and frustration is lesser than other's. Anybody joining hands if we victimized buyers need to stop this malpractice by taking legal action in future?
