Ebay KYC Taking Customer hostage for validation of document

I have sent my DL Copy as Proof of ID which was accepted. They are eBay KYC team is harassing me for Address proof saying that address proof is not approved / invalid.

I have sent scanned copy of following as Address proof:
-ICICI Bank Credit card Statement
-Landline Airtel Bill
-Letter from the Company Hewlett Packard
-ICICI home loan statement
-CITI Bank Letter
-TATA AIG car Insurance
-National Insurance Company Ltd (Bike Insurance)

Still they are asking me to send more Address proof; I don't know what else to send as address proof. My payment is stuck with PaisaPay. Seems like they are extorting money by not approving the KYC on baseless reasons.

What I feel is that KYC team not just for validating anything but trying to show their skills by looking the document as FBI Agents and doing the forensic science investigation as if documents were forged instead they should to follow-up with the authority (Airtel, TATA AIF, ICICI bank etc…) which has issues the document to confirm (which I strongly believer they are not doing to hide their incompetence)

If any genuine person from eBay can read this, please help sort this matter. I don’t want go to the last option i.e. filing a complaint in either Consumer/Civil court as its waste of time and energy for both. I want to resolve this issues with mutual respect.

Hello Gurdyal Singh,

Send the scanned copy of your Voter ID Card or Passport, that is the correct Address Proof. We had just sent this document only for KYC and was approved.

Regards,
