As I have not received any reply from Ebay at all I am forced to complain a second time.
I am a regular buyer from Ebay.in & geb, But sad to say the free gift promised during dusshera 2012 has not arrived to date. Why does this always happen to me? that I have to write to you, call you up and tell you before you do anything? Do you not care for your patrons?
Well, I bought the following item on 30/10/12 and did not receive to date the free philips laptop speakers you had promised in the voucher I used while paying for the item. Please resolve this soon. I had called up and spoken to someone in your IVR who said I will receive the item before 31 Dec 12. That has not happened hence the complaint. Request resolve this soon please.
