Bigdaddy&Monsoon gift not received since 6 months

The repeated answer am getting for past 6 month is
(i) within 24/48 hrs you will receive a call from our side regarding ur complaint
(ii)i promise you it will dispatch within 7 days.
How dare they are dare to cheat us continuously?
my complaints ref id's are:

2.Date 02.09.12 - ref: 1-4486018125(executive- Narsim)
3.Date 14.09.12 - ref : 1-4624065849(executive- Wilson)
4. Date 28.09.12 - ref : 1-4788955405 (executive - Arif)
5. Date 18.11.12 - ref : i forgot( executive- Mr.Siddharth)
6. Date 04.12.12 - ref :1-565243386 (executive- Safurna)

i dont know what these e bay staffs are f*****g there.
SO PLZ DONT BELIEVE THIS E-BAY.AND TAG/PASTE THIS POST IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIAS.

i have given separate address for First flight,DTDC,professional courier and alternate address for Fedex & Blue dart courier with my phone number also.

BUT WITHOUT SENDING THE PROMOTION GIFT, E BAY is CHEATING ME that the courier is returned due to un trackable address.
The consignment number i got from e bay is also FRAUD.

I have send mail to promotion dept on 7th October 2012 and 3rd Jan 2013. I didt get any reply from them for past 8 Months.

My reference id REGARDING my address for courier is
1) 1-5725926979- Mr.Dnyanash- Date:07/12/12-He promised that gift will send thru BLUE DART. so i have given address for blue dart.

2) 1-5903835178 - Mr.Nithin - Date:15/12/12-He noted down separate address for first flight,fedex & DTDC.

3) 1-6053396467-Mrs.Mamta- Date:27/12/12- when i asked the consignment number she refused to give. She is not giving the Courier details in this conversation and told me to wait for 1 week. So that am not able to track my courier.

4)Finaly on 03/01/2013 they said that gift was return back to ebay coz of improper address.

How it possible??? they never intimate me about shipping details for 8 months.
