Ebay Cheated me now what to do

I brought a product from my ebay(my first product)
Seller delivered it in broken state...I raised a complain ebay suggested me to return it back assuring that ebay will return me courier charges in 15 days....I did as they suggested. Now it has been more than 45 days, 2-3 written complain.....1 telephonic complaint....but no body is replying or doing anything....Now what impression should i make......
It was totally horrible experience.....will not recommend ebay to anyone for two reasons
1) Indian sellers on ebay are not professional and hard to trust...so it frustrates
2) Ebay customer care.....

It has been over 3 months for this case. How long i have to wait??????
IS EBAY JUST WAITING FOR ME TO FORGET ABOUT IT????
Last I heard from them was about 15 days that
"eBay Note: Within 7 days, eBay will email you with further claim instructions."

But no response till now.
Why the hell they send all spams and promo emails in my box but for resolution related mails i need to check resolution center....

ONE SIMPLE QUESTION TO EBAY: WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM???

Global easy buy from ebay is a big fake, they sell products which are obsolete and in my case they have sold a product mentioning it as new, where actually it was stopped production way back in 2004. The product is not working and they say it is new, so i am asking if it is new where is the warranty, and how do i get a new working product i had ordered for. So my conclusion is Global Easy Buy is fake and they are cheating so people beware...., i ahve raised a issue and it is almost 2 months but still they are working on it. I am a old ebayer buyer with 60+ 100% positive feedback's and this is what i am facing

since u r such an experienced ebay member u should know that GEB does not sell products itself, they merely buy from US sellers on your behalf and deliver to u. Please get your facts right.

Some bad sellers on ebay make its reputation down:( but there are many good sellers too .. you should check the feedback of the seller thoroughly before going to buy any item
