Customercare needs IMPROVEMENT & should be helpful to both Buyer 7 seller.Person should be proactive to take initiative in resolving issues instead of steriotype reply &shifting the responsibility.

CUSTOMERS CARE PEOPLE of i2cworld_inc3 &Ebay.in named ATHER for Paisapay ID/copy of INVOICE for transaction done on17-07-2011,but both expressed inability to help me in resolving my issue.Now suggest to whom I will approach to claim my guaranty from the manufacturer of the product.
