EXPERIENCE WITH EBAY BY A SENIOR CITIZEN

The Ebay logo in every page of Ebay site is a fraud. It says 100% SATISFACTION, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND. They should explain what is satisfaction Is it of the EBAY or THE BUYER? When i buy an item and if i am not satisfied with item what is to be done? Keep it with me even if NOT satisfied? Can any one explain? In case i buy an item in the shop directly i verify on the spot and then pay for the item where as in online purchase i see in photos and pay for the item and get after few days only the item, if the same is not satisfied and the seller is ready to REFUND WHAT IS THE JOB OF MIDDLE MAN'S JOB? Previously it was the buyer was supposed to confirm the receipt of the item and now a days it is the courier tracking. THE EBAY IS GOING BAD
